Pokemon Tattoo

Como muchos de ustedes sabrán, soy fanática de los tatuajes desde hace muchísimos años, y hace algunos meses comencé mi rumbo como tatuadora.

Comencé un pequeño proyecto que tenía en mente: tatuajes de Pokemon. Quizá la idea ya sea de lo más común, pero debo confesar que los diseños que había visto anteriormente no lograban convencerme de ser buena idea. Así que comencé a dibujar. Originalmente buscaba algo para plasmar en mi piel, sin embargo no logro decidir qué tatuarme, así que sigo pensando en más ideas para trabajar, jajaja.

Mi primer intento fue un Gyarados, mi Pokemon favorito. Recuerdo que cuando jugaba Game Boy Color en la primaria, era Gyarados mi elegido, el cual me hacía ganar en los torneos de estudiantes, lol.

As many of you know, I'm a big fan of tattoos for many years, and some months ago I started my travel as a tattoo artist.

I started a with little project I had in mind: Pokemon tattoos. Perhaps the idea was the most common, I must confess that I had seen some designs before and failed to convince me that was a good idea. So I started drawing. Originally was looking for something to capture in my skin, but I cannot decide which one for tattooing myself, so I keep thinking on more ideas to work, hahaha.

My first attempt was a Gyarados, my favorite Pokemon. Remember when I used to play Game Boy Color in elementary school, I used to choose my Gyarados team, which made me win tournaments of students, lol.

Decidí que el estilo japonés era lo mejor que podía hacer por este diseño, y el resultado fue bueno. Aún así, algunos se preguntarán por qué el kanji. Aquellos que no lo sepan, 悪 (waru) significa "malo", pero también puede traducirse como "mala conducta" o "injusticia", todos los significados tienen cierta historia en mi vida y me hacen recordar un largo camino recorrido. En fin, tengo la idea de modificar el diseño un poco para que pueda lucir más.

Mi segundo trabajo con respecto al tema fue Vaporeon.

I decided that the Japanese style was the best I could do for this design, and the result was good. Still, some may wonder why the kanji. Those who don't know, 悪 (waru) means "bad", but can also be translated as "misconduct" or "injustice", all meanings have some history in my life and make me remember a long way. Anyway, I have the idea to modify the design a bit so it can be better.

My second work was Vaporeon.

No me pregunten por qué Vaporeon. Siempre fue fan de Eevee y sus evoluciones, pero creo que Vaporeon siempre fue mi última opción. A pesar de eso, tenía una idea perfecta para este sketch, y bien, parece que fue bastante favorable. Incluso me ha gustado un poco más que Gyarados. El kanji que incluyo es 水 (mizu), el cual simple y sencillamente significa "agua", no hay más.

Ahora bien, este diseño me ha ganado cierto reconocimiento, pero, ¿Me lo tatuaría? 

Realmente no lo sé...

Mientras tanto esperaré algún momento para seguir dibujando, y quizá suceda algo nuevo en mi mente que pueda plasmar en papel, y ¿Por qué no? También en la piel de algún valiente jajaja.

Don't ask me why Vaporeon. I was always a fan of Eevee and its evolutions, but I think Vaporeon was always my last option. Despite that, I had a perfect idea for this sketch, and it seems that it was quite favorable. I even liked a little more than Gyarados. The kanji which included is 水 (mizu), which quite simply means "water", no more.

However, this design has earned me some recognition, but I wonder if I will tattooing this for myself? I really do not know ...

Meanwhile I will wait some time to continue drawing, and maybe something happens again in my mind that I can put to paper, and why not? Also in the skin of some brave, hahaha.
